I can tomatoes and apple pie mix but back when I was a kid I used to helm my mother with lots of stuff. Corn, Peas (yuck), beats, and beans (both dry and green/yellow), strawberries, cherries, peaches, pears, chicken, venison,and beef. Canned beef was actually one of my favorite things to have around. spaghetti sauce and salsa would be fairly easy things to demo.
I just did a batch of pin-cherry jelly.

Hey Mark - Can you send out an email and see if there is any interest for a quick hike tommorrow at 2:00p at Murray Hannrahan? I am not sure how to see if anyone RSVP'd. Also I need to find out how to give directions. I just know off of sunset lake is an entrance where the horse people go. You walk to the bottom of this little hill and the entrance is on the left. It is about 1/4 - 1/2 mile up to this fabulous hilltop with a fab view. If you could help that would be great. :) Mary
